Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days only if the product has not been used, tested, etc. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer comes into possession of the goods. To meet the aforementioned deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract before its expiry.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the ACP - American Car Parts Store, owned by TMCG International Sp. z o.o. Sp, K., with its registered office at ul. Domaniewska 47, 02-672 Warsaw, of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The Consumer must send the withdrawal form to the following email address: sklep@americancarparts.pl or submit it in writing to: TMCG ul. Domaniewska 47, 02-672 Warsaw. A sample return form is available in section 12.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Consumers in the case of contracts where the subject of the contract is an item manufactured according to the Consumer's individual specifications.
The Customer bears all necessary costs of returning the goods.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obligated to return the goods immediately to the following address: ACP - American Car Parts, ul. Rejtana 12a, 62-030 Luboń, Poland, but no later than 14 days from the date on which they submitted their declaration of withdrawal.
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract by the Consumer, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, the Store will refund all payments received to the Customer immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the Store was informed by the Customer of their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods used by the Preferred Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution. In any case, the Buyer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
The Store may withhold the refund until the Store receives the returned goods.
If the withdrawal from the contract is due to the failure to collect the order from the shipping company that delivered the goods, the Customer shall bear the costs of returning the order to the Store.
If the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obligated to reimburse the Consumer for any additional costs incurred.
A Customer who is not a Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For such Customers, the terms and deadlines for withdrawal are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
